Start with these simple questions:
- What HAS to be done?
- What can wait?
- What do you LOVE doing?
- What do you HATE doing?
- What can you take off your plate?
- What can you say no to?
- What can you outsource to someone else during this time?
If you take the time to sit down and answer these questions, you will be so surprised at how much you can eliminate and focus on the things you love and made your business a success in the first place!
